Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Thank you for purchasing a product from SignedTrue (“SignedTrue,” “Company,” “we,” “us”) through signedtrue.com. Except as this policy expressly allows or applicable law requires, all sales are final—no refunds or exchanges.

Global Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

SignedTrue may issue a refund on a discretionary basis (see Discretionary Refunds below) or where you exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal or refund right (see Country-Specific Rules below).

Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior. Refund requests must be made within the applicable statutory or discretionary period described in this policy. If you receive a refund in accordance with this policy, access to the relevant service will cease.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have in relation to a service that is not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose (see Persistent Technical Defects below).

Country-Specific Rules

If your country or region appears below, the local rules in this section replace the Global Refund Policy for your purchase (subject to residency verification). Where local consumer protection laws grant additional or non-waivable rights, the highest level of protection will always apply.

(a) European Union / EEA / Switzerland / UK

If you are a consumer here, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. This right applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment under a subscription; it does not apply to subsequent renewal payments, except as described below. If your subscription includes a free trial, a new 14-day withdrawal period begins as soon as that trial ends. If you are in the UK and hold an annual subscription, a new 14-day withdrawal period also begins each time your subscription auto-renews for another year.

Effect of withdrawal: Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received, except where you explicitly asked us to begin providing the digital service during the withdrawal period. In that case, you may owe a proportional amount for the service supplied before you told us you were withdrawing, calculated based on the proportion of the 14-day period that had elapsed at the time you notified us, or another fair and objective measure of the service actually delivered.

How to withdraw: Send a clear statement (e.g., by email) to support@signedtrue.com before the 14-day period ends.

(b) Turkey / Israel

If you are a consumer here, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. You must request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, once we confirm your residency.

(c) South Korea / Brazil / China / Mexico / Taiwan

We provide a 7-day withdrawal period to allow fair evaluation while covering operational costs. The right to withdraw ends once the 7-day period has elapsed.

(d) Canada

Consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel and receive a full refund. You must request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, once we confirm your residency.

(e) Singapore

Consumers have a 5-day unconditional right to cancel and receive a full refund. You must request a refund within 5 days of your purchase, once we confirm your residency.

(f) United States

Certain U.S. states grant additional refund rights (such as extended cooling-off periods or pro-rated refunds). Where those laws apply, they override this policy and we will honor them once residency is confirmed.

(g) Other Countries

Where mandatory consumer-protection laws give you extra rights, those laws will govern your purchase after residency is verified. Otherwise, the Global Refund Policy controls.

Persistent Technical Defects

If you encounter ongoing technical problems caused exclusively by our platform (not by your device, connection, outdated software, or similar user-side factors), and consumer-protection laws require a refund, you may be eligible. You must supply adequate documentation of the issue, such as screenshots or error logs.

Discretionary Refunds

Outside of the windows and conditions described above, SignedTrue may, at its sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis, including where a request is submitted within 14 days of your purchase date. Submission of a request within this period does not guarantee a refund.

In reviewing discretionary requests, we may consider factors such as the nature of your issue, the reason for your request, your usage of the service, and any applicable contractual terms. We may approve a refund in full, approve a partial refund, or decline the request.

Any discretionary refund we grant is voluntary, does not set a precedent, and does not create an obligation to provide refunds for similar requests in the future. Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or otherwise reversing a payment. If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, we may, at our sole discretion, suspend, disable, or terminate your account for breaching your payment obligations. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback by providing the relevant financial institution with proof that the transaction was authorized by the account holder.

How to Request a Refund

Email your request to support@signedtrue.com. Requests must be submitted within the current subscription period and will be processed only if the conditions in this policy are fully satisfied. Our records will be conclusive when determining eligibility, but will not override your statutory rights.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this policy at any time to reflect new features or plans. Changes will affect only future purchases or renewals. If you disagree with the updated terms, you may cancel your subscription at any time. We recommend saving a copy of the refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase.
